Diamond Machining

Diamonding is defined as turning or milling non-ferrous metal, aluminum and plastics using tools set with diamonds. Diamonding is used in the manufacture of high-gloss surfaces such as those required in the watch and jewelry industry or in the fittings sector. Depending on the material and work piece contour, surface finishes of up to N2 (Ra 0.025) can be obtained.
