The most eclectic group of specialists make a well rehearsed team at Samuel Werder AG. The trained mechanics, the precision and poly-technicians as well as the toolmakers set up the machines, inspect and optimize the dimensions of the work piece and prepare the required measurement equipment before they release production for one of the machine operators.
The mechanically worked parts then run through the "Werder finish", as customers like to call it. They are deburred, polished and ground by three specially trained persons. Once our inspectors have examined the parts, they proceed to the surface treatment that is done only by specialized outside service providers.
Our staff int the technical office coordinate all of these processes. The team is complemented by the administration staff and our polytechnical trainees. |
