Any product is only as good as the sum of its parts. And we manufacture these parts for you.
For example: out-of-round holes for a shaft bearing, polygonally turned, so that the diesel engine runs round. Or conveyor rollers, plain turned, so that the film strips arrive at their destination without scratches. Or high-shine surfaces, diamond turned, so that the laser beam hits exactly on target. Or bearing bushings, hard turned so that the turbocharger develops full thrust.
We thus machine parts up to 150 mm in diameter completely in our turning shop.
